Shoreline Construction has two projects underway, The Page and The Jeckyll, in Palmetto Bluff's new River Road subdivision in Bluffton, SC. The Page will be featured in Coastal Living magazine, and showcased as a "Style Home" for Palmetto Bluff. The Page will be open to tour this fall.

Parade of homes gives visitors a glimpse of beautiful houses

Chris Dalzell, owner of Shoreline Construction, built one of the homes on the tour. The Magnolia, a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom house, is in Hampton Hall in Bluffton.
